i got married in the philippines last month..im a us citizen, want to petition my husband..I send some forms to be sign by him so i can mail the whole application just making sure what are the forms and some supporting papers for the petition.. thanks pls reply asap

i-130 application
g325 forms, you and spouse
evidence of marriage
evidence of your citizenship
two passport photos of you and spouse

then when u get NOA u need to send the K-3 appllication w/ i-130 reciept u recieved and with same documents u sent for the i-130

Thnks omar..coz people sed i have to send application for adjustment status..and also do u know how long it will take the process?i thbk they shorten the processing time.
