Marrying on a visa waver program...

Is it possible to skip the entire fiancee visa process and get married while being in the us on a tourist visa?

No. That would be committing fraud, the VWP program or tourist visas are NON immigrant ways to enter the USA and should not be used to IMMIGRATE.

You, having a preconceived intent and a clear reason to enter the USA to marry and "skip" the process, could be charged with fraud, deported and banned from entering the USA.

Clear enough?
