Do you think it matters the country where your fiance is coming from? Do you think depending on the country their migrating from matters in the process time?

Yes I think it does, as once your approved, after it's been to the National Visa Centre in the US, it's forwarded on to the embassy in the fiance's home country.
The embassy in your fiance's home country, their processing times differ from country to country, for example, i'm from the UK so it will probably take around 2 months for the embassy to give me my interview... whereas other countries can take just a week or two...
