Hi,

I found your websire on the intrnet. I have few questions.

I'm a US citizen and I have girlfrined that i want to bring over to US and get married. She has a daughter that isn’t mine; she was in short relationship with someone else before. Daughter does not have dad’s last name and they were never married. They lived together for a short time.
Do we still need dad’s permission to take Alisa (daughter) with us even his name never mentions in any documents? If yes and he won’t let Alisa go, is there other ways to bring them to the US without dads permission? Please let me know.
I also found on the net somethink about K visas but im not sure what do we need and there are also few K visas

File the I-129F form to start the K Visa process. There is a line to include children that might be coming with your Fiancee. The I-129f will start the process for both your Fiancee K-1 Visa and the daughter's K-2 VISA
