Can anyone tell me what number do you call to spaek to someone about your case status. I have repeatedly called the 800 number but i am never connected to anyone. I would like to check the status on my case. I guess i am feeling impatient but i need to know something. My case is at the California Center. Can someone help, Thanks in advance

Hi there, when the prompts ask about changing your mailing address, choose that one. That is the only way that I know to reach a live person. Just tell them when they answer that you do not want to change your address but that you have a question about _______. And they will be able to help you. Good luck. -

hey thanks for the info. I finally spoke to someone and all they said was thet are processing cases. the man sounded like a robot hahahaha. hey so it took five months. I am also going the k3 route. can you tell me what you sent if you don't mind and what was it like for you.Comment
