Can some one help??
I am a U.S Citizen. I will be 21 in February 2010. I am going to India in February to get married. I understand i have to stay there for 90 days in order to file a petition but my question is that the do i have to be there 90 days after i am 21 or i can leave from here in November so my 90 days will be over in February and i will be 21 so i can get married and fill a petition.
