I was wanting to know, my fiance has her visa, and its valid from july til end of december. I was needing to know when she arrives in november, and say we didnt get married before the visa expired but we get married within the 90 day time frame requirement will we be ok even if the visa was expired or do we have to make sure we get the marriage and AOS submitted by the expiration date of the visa??

K-1 Visa is good for a one time entry.
