  • Organization of "evidence"

Lots of questions....getting very nervous hearing about denials and lost petitions!

I'm looking for feedback on my planned organization of the package I will send in with my K1 petition, specifically the evidence to prove the relationship and prove that we have met within the past two years. I was planning to separate the evidence according to the "meetings" we've had, thinking that it would be easier for the examiner to cross-reference the information.

First, I have an assortment of pictures, cards, e-mails, etc. from the period when my fiance was studying here in the U.S. for 11 months. That is when we first met and fell in love. (She had to leave in July of 2008)

I was then going to prepare a separate set of evidence for each subsequent meeting (one of us visiting the other) using numerous photos showing us together in each place, photos of me with her and her family, flight itineraries/boarding cards, credit card statements, etc. as well as e-mails relative to the visits

In addition to that, I planned to include general group of assorted photos, and personal cards and a e-mails that further help to prove the relationship. I also printed out a list of all of our e-mails dating back to when we first met, showing the hundreds of e-mails exchanged. I planned to submit this along with 15-20 actual e-mails that help to further demonstrate that this is a sincere romantic relationship.

Does this sound like a good way to organize it?

Also, I was going to have a mutual friend write a brief letter attesting to his firm belief that we truly intend to marry within the 90 days. He is a very close friend and a Fedral law enforcement agent within the Justice Department, and I thought that might carry some weight. Is this a good idea? If so, should it be notarized or is that not necessary?

Finally, I've read on here that each photo submitted should be in a separate ziploc baggie. Is this true? Seems like it would be a pain for the examiner, I don't want to give them a reason....

    THANKS!

Sounds good to me, sounds like it's more than needed, but send it all anyway, it's piece of mind
