pls help asap...about my K1 visa

hello everyone, pls help me or give me your ideas about some of my questions on my K1 application. i am in the philippines and last july 29, 2009, my fiancee in US got a mail from uscis saying our case was approved. after a week, she again got a notice saying in a week the US embassy in my country will contact me about the further instructions. now we wanted to prepare some documents while waiting for that notice. i have some questions...

1. about the for I-134 from my fiancee, some websites say it should be notarized but some websites don't say so, what should we do, notarize the form or its ok not to? and will the embassy accept it even if its filled out by hand?

2. with the form W-2, should it be the last 3yrs or its ok for the past 2yrs?

pls feel free to tell any ideas you have, it ill be of great help for me...TIA

thanks bro. i'll be attending to US embassy in manili, philippines. i checked on their website and it didn't say anything that it should be notarized, but i also know that this I-134 form is a requirement for the USCIS and some sites say it should be notarized, now we are confused...what can we do bro? tia

The I-134 does not have to be notarized. The form used to have a place for a notary to fill in at the end. The form has been updated leaving that off. I'm 100% sure on that. I've read it straight from the USCIS website. Get a newer form if yours has a notary place.

Some old information will say your tax return has to be notarized. NO. Be sure if you print a copy of it that it has your signature like when you sent it to the IRS.

There is nothing in the whole process from petition to interview to adjustment of status for the green card that requires a notary.

Tax returns: Only 1 year is required. It used to be three. Now they say one year, but you can send three years if you think it will benefit you. BUT some consulates are very picky on the money part, so sending more than one year to help prove your case is a good idea. It is totally a judgement on the part of the officer who interviews whether he thinks your financial situation is good enough. So no matter what is stated to send, the more you can offer to convince that one person, the better.

thanks for the rely nichole, ireally appreciate the info you gave me. just one thing, about that phrase "Be sure if you print a copy of it that it has your signature like when you sent it to the IRS." can youelaborate further on this pls? or do you mean to say that i remember to sign it before submmitting it to the consul officer?
by the way, do you have any idea how long it will take before i received the notice from the embassy? my fiancee in the states got a letter from nvc last week saying that the embassy will send me notice for further intsructions but until now i haven`t got the notice yet. tia
