My fiance is from there; she studied in the US for a year, which is how we met, so she would be required to get a criminal history clearance from the US. This is a pretty simple process except she is required to submit a set of fingerprints along with the request. I suggested she go to an NL police station and have them roll the prints using the online card, which is common in the U.S. She says they will not do it, so we're not sure what to do. Does anyone have experience with this, or advice?
