i got spouse visa CR1, why this condition has been imposed upon me. i have been married to a us citizen will any body tell i am an Indian

because you have been married less than 2 years. you will have to file I-751 90 days before your conditional greencard expires.

What are you talking about? being indian has nothing to do with nothing...
