Help pls on form I-134 Affidavit of Support

Hi,

My fiance is filling out form I-134 Affidavit of Support and we have a little bit of confusion which box to fill out. Is it "I intend" or "I don't intend"? He sent me this form but we are uncertain about it. He checked "I don't intend" box and stated on the blank part "I intend to pay all her expenses as they occur".
He is willing to send a new one if he did it wrongly.

Can anyone help me with this particular item on form I-134?

me and my fiancee just fill this up yesterday, if you are applying for a fiance visa, its noted there that you don't mark "i intend" or "i dont intend", instead you put N/A (not applicable)...check it somewhere in this site you can see the instructions for filling that one up. hope it helps...
