Appeal assistance

As I have communicated prior, my application for a K-1 visa for my fiance was denied, due to lack of documentation. We are in the process of filing our Appeal and was wondering if anyone on the forum has had to go through this process before and if they can give me any assistance on what is the best way to go about making this Appeal be granted.

Any assistance, guidance, tips, or information would be greatly appreciated!
