Hey again, it seems as the days go on, i think about all sorts of questions and here is another: On the i 134 form, what do you fill in if you have no savings? can I provide the tax forms and statement from my job? do they hold that against you? also question number 10 do I put my husbands name here or leave it blank? for the question asking about dependents, do i need to write the people i claimed on my tax return? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I hated that form!

I'm divorced, and had 2 kids from a prior marriage. My ex claims the kids on his taxes, and pays me child support. So, when I got to that point, my lawyer told me to put no dependents, cuz I didn't add the money for child support from the ex.......DON'T know if this helps at all

I hate this form also. it seems as if every question is some sort of trick. but no that still is not clear and hopefull someone else will read it and can give advice. Thanks

You only need to put your income on the form.

The savings and property stuff is when your income is not sufficient to fill the 125% poverty requirement.

There are some variables like size of household and the state that you live in.
