Hey guys

I know there is a cost for the medical, but there is also a cost for the embassy issuing you your visa ?

Does anyone know how much that is in the London, UK Embassy ??

and are there any other fees apart from:

Application Fee
Medical Fee (inc any immunization)
Visa Issuance Fee

After the VISA you will most likely file adjustment of status that is over $1000

Ours is charging us $131.00 immigrant Fee plus another $12.00 for the courier to return my Fiancees passport, with the VISA glued in it, to her house (no they don't let you pick it up in person /sigh)

I know it is not your London Embassy but maybe it will help give you an idea of the costs.
