Paid NVC... now what

Hi All!

Received Approval from USCIS on 08/05. 08/09 received DS-230 (or whatever) from NVC. I paid their $70 fee, and have collected all the appropriate forms from my husband. My concern is: NVC has not invoiced the other $400 dollars yet.... Do I send them the DS-230 (choice of agent form) and THEN they bill me for the $400, OR do I simply wait and send them everything together - once I have paid all their fees?

Under the assumption I return all paperwork and fees within several days of being billed - approximately how long before the NVC contacts me (phone call or mail?) and How long before they schedule an interview for my husband (in Tbilisi, Georgia).

my understand is you only send them what the ask for at that time, i do know you pay the 70 first. then they send you more forms

thanks john. I paid the $70 and am sending the DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) form back to them now - then they can being processing.....then the real wait begins. I appreciate the reponse.

hi yeah u need to mail to choice of agent then after they recieve that,about 2 weeks they will send you the iv payment..after u pay u need to mail ur spouse ds230 and submit all the neccessary forms..call nvc for more info..coz i called nvc and i asked them.gudluck and pray for everybody..
