im confused so bad..pls help me i filed andnmailed my application on july 31 and i received a notice of action (receipt of the application)it says we will notify you,when we need something blah blah..and i was waiting for an approval..i called the uscis today i asked what to do next the representative said that i have to file the form i 129f for k3 visa to entry my spouse here..so i need you help and info for this do i have to pay and submit everything that i send it like the i 130 application pls help...pls..i really appreciated!!!thnak you immediate response pls...thanks in advance

if you paid the $355 for i-130 then i-129 is free just send a copy of the receipt of the i-130 in with i-129 -

i filed both. but they lost my i-129. so i never sent another one in. i am just sticking with i 130 sent in july 13 2009. they approved it last week. the i-130 takes a little longer but it better in the long run. if i was you i stay with the i-130 now. you should hear any day now

i called they said they only got i-130 but not i-129. i sent them together. it took me 2 months for approval for i-130. now i am waiting for nvc to write me.
