so stress!!pls help

hi people hope you guys will help me..i mailed I-130 application on july 28 got my noa on july 31,2009..i did not include i129f for k3 visa..called uscis last week and i asked if i need to submit I129f the officer told me that i need to mail the form including noa of i130 copy..and i asked him where can i mail it and he said in uscis lockbox..is this correct?or do i have to mail it frm california service center so stressed out pls help me..do i need 129f for k3 visa exactly or no?oh my god dont know what to do now..i read some threads it will take a while but its been almost 2 months..pls reply and help me guys...thanks...

Your first source of information on this website should not be the forums which contain bits and pieces of the whole process and could easily confuse or mislead you. If you look at the tabs across the top, choose the one that says VISAS. Then you can read about family based visas, especially the ones for married people petitioning for a spouse. It gives step by step information on the process and even provides samples of the forms filled out. Study, study, study if you want to be successful. Then when you understand how the process works, come to the forum to read posts and they will make more sense to you. Otherwise hire a lawyer to tell you what to do.
