  • URGENT PLEASE HELP**I-134 Sponsor Eligibility

I am super worried about that I might get denied because I'm afraid of what I make might not be good enough for the Embassy. Does anyone know if i should have a secondary sponsor just in case or what I can do to make it look good for me so I can increase my chances of getting approved, I just started my job two months ago. I don't have a lot in savings/or much savings at all for that matter but I manage my money well and have enough to survive with me and my future husband until he can get settled and be legal to work. But I don't want to get denied we've come so close!!! Also, how long from receiving the packet has someone had the visa and entered the US. Anyone can give me advice it would be great thanks!!!

You fiance won't be outright denied. The interviewing officer will say that the petitioner (USC) doesn't make enough money and the fiance needs a co-sponsor. So when the co-sponsor papers are received at the Embassy, they will review the visa application again.

If you don't earn a yearly salary that is 125% of the poverty level for you household size, then get a co-sponsor lined up before the interview to save time. Chart You count the intending immigrant in your household size.
