Who do you send the I-134 to?

Do you actually have to send your I-134 to your Fiance's embassy? Or do you send it to the NVC and they send it to the Embassy??

I am sorry if I am jumping the gun, we just got approval and want to be ahead of the game.

Also, I mistakenly sent in an I-134 to the USCIS with an employment verification dated 7/31/2009 and Bank letter dated 08/05/2009. Will those documents need to be updated if our interview is pretty soon??

I 134

You don't need to send the i134 to the nvc. The nvc will foward the i129f petition to your fiancee country of resident. Once the embassy recieved the petition they will notify your fiancee when they need to sumit the i 134 and all other readness forms. My k1 interview is nov 4, 2009. In the meantime you should contact the embassy in your fiancee country and asked what is the process in sending the i134 and the forms. Best of luck!!
