Need help filling out I-129F and G325A forms

I am a US Citizen and applying for K1 visa for my Fiance. On forms I129F and G325A, my Alien Registration Number is asked. Since I am a US citizen, for about 6 years now, do I need to provide that? The reason I am asking I dont have that number as I returned my green card when I got my citizenship.

So, does Alient Registration Number need to be provided or can I leave it blank.
