i have the approvaL of my petition for my husband..i called nvc and the lady said it will take 4 to 6 weeks to forward in my husband's country.is this right?and i sent an application 129f for k3 visa on september 11,2009 i didnt recieve anything yet..pls help and what should i do..advices pls..thanks!

from what I've seen on other forums......
the Nvc usually has it for a few days, then the US Embassy has it for at least 3 weeks before mailing packet 3 to your fiance. For My Honey and I that is how it worked out. We should be getting Packet 3 by the end of the week. Then My Honey has to mail them back 1 form and the checklist. Then we have to wait yet aggggggggggggggain.......for packet 4 for the medical exam information and interview date. I wish everything was just done electronically. Every country is different though..........we're getting there! -
