Hi All,
I am filling out the G325a form and they ask for my Social Security number + Employment for the last 5 years.
I have some doubts about how to fill this part.
I studied in the US as a J-1 student while working off campus under a "real" social security number, with the mention "able to work under DHS authorization", which I've never got. The job I found (server) wasn't related to my field of study, and of course, I paid my taxes.
I came back to my country in 03/2008 then a year after I came back to the US under a visa waiver (90 days) during which I worked for 2 weeks under the same SS#, but for a different employer, in a different State.
My questions:
Do I have to mention all of the employments I had in the States, even the one under a visa waiver?
As far as I don't have anymore US visa and I am living in my country, do I have to mention the SS# I used while in the States, or this number was temporary valid?
Would I get in trouble by working under a visa waiver?
Thank you for reading and for your help!
