In Need of Advice!
I am an American citizen currently living in Czech Republic with my Ukrainian fiancee (we each have our work visas here). We are planning to get married in the USA this summer before moving back to Europe. Eventually we plan to settle in the US.
What do we need to do?
When we enquired at the American Embassy here, they told us to fill out the I-129 F form; but it appears that this form is intended for a couple that plan to live in the US immediately following their wedding.
Any help is greatly apprieciated!
