I have received a Notice of Action from USCIS after 5months of processing my documents, stating that I need tosubmit more evidence.
I had send them all the information that was required including copies of passport stamp pages, pictures of us etc....
My fiance and I met in 2005 and we got in engaged in 2006. I moved from 1 state to a new state in 2007 had a new job etc.... Never been back to his country due to security issues, kidnapping etc... which I've explained that in my letters and will send them the rest of the information/evidence they need.
What are my chance of getting an approval?
