Hello All
Finally heard from NVC and received packet for AOS. Hpwever, there are a few questions I am not sure how to answer and I pray someone can help me because I want to get this paper back before the end of the week. Here we go:
Part 3 Question 8 and 9 and 10- not certain what I should put there. There are no children or anything only my husband who is in senegal.

Question 21 all the way through letter G. I guess i have to list the children on my tax return which is three but when I read the instructions, i get lost. So can someone please help me with this as soon as possible. Thanks in advance

Please post the form numbers and the entire questions here. Without that, it is difficult to understand what is going on.

Need Help-Urgent

Oh sorry about that. I guess I was in a panic. I am filling out form I-864. and there are several questions I was not certain on how to answer so let me try again.
Question 8-I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2 above.- Do I check yes? Is my husband the principal immigrant?

Question 9a- Do I need to put my husbands name here or leave it blank?

Question 10- Enter the total number of immigrants you are sponsoring on this
form from Part 3, items 8 and 9- do I put 1, for my husband?

Question 21a-What goes on this line/ What goes on line c? and do I list the children filed on my tax return for 2008? what does that bring my household size to and the right poverty amount?

Question 23- Does my year to date income go here or the total from my last tax return? and the same for Question 24?

Ok so this is it. I hope this is more clear. Thanks for your response and willingness to help me? I am ready to send this today but I am waiting for a response. Thanks ahead of time.
