My Fiance and My Child.... I need help

I lived in Germany for Quite some time and eventually met the Mother of my Daughter. I was laid off from my company and had to return to the US, and my Fiance had to return to Bosnia. She holds a Croatian passport, not Bosnian. This is because of her religious status. (Catholic)
My child was born on Oct 10th. I have established a new home, and have a new Job back here in the US.
I want desperately to have them move here, but I do not know the process to make this happen. I have looked into the paperwork and it seem to be very complicated.
Hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction

You will need to file for a K-1 visa(fiancee). U can download the forms at the USCIS website. The initial fee is $455.00. Make sure you follow all instructions and submit all required documents. Also be 100 percent truthful in disclosing all information. This will help to avoid delays. God bless you and fiancee and child.
