regarding affidavit of support

I, Simranjeet kaur from India, and I m engaged with a citizen of USA. My processing for K1 visa going on. I got a packet from Indian US embassy including I-134 form. So the question is as he is in USA so he would not be able to fill and sign the I-134 form.
So please suggest me the viable option for that.

Your fiancee can download a I-134 from the USCIS website and mail you the completed form.

My Fiancee arrived here on a K-1 VISA.
Conditional GreenCard has been received.
