I have a question concerning my fiance in the Philippines:
I met her over in Korea, and she was working in a place that wasn't paying her and pretty much giving her no time off at all. She left that job and went to work at as a bartender. Unfortunately, she overstayed her visa in Korea (her employer couldn't update the visa for her), and I was wondering if that will effect her fiance visa. I read on the state.gov website that a potential denial is an overstay on a previous visa, but they only talk about overstaying a visa in the U.S. She is currently back in the Philippines, and the Korean government had no problems when she left.
Please let me know if this is an issue!
