I am 25 years old. I am thinking of going to USA on the basis of fiance visa after getting engaged here in India. Well i am engaged to a US citizen now. I have checked your website comparing 3 different visas- fiance visa, K3 visa and Immigrant visa on this page- https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/kvisa/ . I was wondering that it take comparatively less time to reach US with fiance visa than other types of visas but take much more time to obtain a green card.
Could you please guide me which visa should i apply for so that i could get a green card faster. I compeletely understand the rules of fiance visa and Immigrant visa. Please throw some light on my situation. I would be living in Vermont State coz my fiancee is from Vermont. Consider this my humble request. I would be very thankful to you for this.
