    My cousin is here on a fiance visa and his now wife who was his sponsor
    has kicked him out and refuses to help him. What are the consequences of this can he be sent home and can she be in trouble for abandoning him?

    There is nothing your cousin can do. He has to go back, unless he can find other independent way to live in the US.

      Sorry! To hear about your cousin relationship issue! However, if u enter on a K1 and didn't marry then there is "NO WAY TO STAY IN THE USA"After the 90 days ends you will be illegal if you don't leave the USA you will be given a 3 to 10 year bar. Also, if someone enters on a k1 the only way to get a greencard is from your fiancée. There is no hardship wavier that you can file. Best thing you can do is return home.

        However, if you marry within the 90 day period and the relationship has ended you can file the AOS application on your own and unless you can prove you were abuse by your spouse then immigration will grant you your greencard.However, best thing to do is remarry but make sure the marriage is legally ended and fall in love with someone who is legal in the USA and remarry. It does not look good might want to get an attorney!!
