Go get another original police certificate. If the embassy schedules your interview before you get another original you can try to reschedule.
My wife (fiancee at the time) did not have her police certificate but it was at a translators office. She did the interview without it and they said that the VISA was approved pending receipt of the police certificate with translation.
We gave the Police certificate later that day to the security guards and one week later the VISA arrived to her house.
I dont know if your embassy will be the same but that is what happened with us.My Fiancee arrived here on a K-1 VISA.
Conditional GreenCard has been received.

The certificate is correct.
Nothing about your criminal history (or lack of one) can make you ELIGIBLE for entry to the USA. It can only make you INeligible. Your certificate says there is nothing (of a criminal nature) which should cause them to refuse you a visa. This is what you want it to say.
Incidentally, perhaps it is different depending on the country involved, but my wife's police certificate was sent to NVC as requested and the NVC provided all of the documents to the Embassy. I don't understand why the process would not be the same for all cases. I have a separate issue related to police certs but it has nothing to do with whether or not it was provided to the NVC. In fact, had we not provided it to the NVC, they never would have approved the case and forwarded it on to the Embassy. The only reason I can think that you should need to provide an original police cert at the interview would be if you provided the NVC with a certified copy as opposed to an original.
