Need help for lady in London

Hello: I am a man, a resident of the USA, and I have found a lady living in London, whom I wish to bring to the USA. She has a passport but I need help for her in obtaining a visa. I hope to bring her here to become my wife. What can I do and what can you help me with to get this accomplished???
