hi everybody!!
i have a question,is it true that spousal visa is faster to process now than fiance visa according to president obama?
according to my friend fiance visa takes 1 -2years because after u prove that u have geniune relationship they will investigate while in spousal they will not investigate coz u are already marrried and it takes just 6months.
please give me advices my fiance will come on feb.i dont know which one is faster.
