i applied for my feince in Oct got recipt on Oct 29, 2009
but its jan now i got no answer from them checked online its still same should i worry about it or not or should i go to india and marry her then change status need help i m really conffused its says online it take 5 month does it include weekends or not but she was in usa before on work permite she have to leave cause family emergency on april 2009. is theire faster way to call her

Just my usual 2 cents [euro not US; so it has more value]

With a K1 in the pipeline (intention to marry), an act of actually marrying the same person you applied for K1 in the first place, would logically enhance your app for a K3. Again, I am applying logic here and we are talking typical bureaucracy here.

Perhaps, someone more knowledgeable will give you more to go on than just logic as I did. Good luck!!
