K1 visa need serious help i m streesed out

like i mension before about my fiance we was playing to get married but i dump lawyer told me if i marry her then send her to india it will take me longer to call her but if i file k1 it be faster. now i found out its same prosses thats y i m worried would it be better if i go to india and marry her than update my case or not just wait i dont no what to do. i might go to india next month i need advise should i marry her over there or not.
