What I mean is that, one of the main requirements is to be a U.S Citizen. I became a U.S citizen through my father when I was 14 years old. I did not receive any documentation like a certificate of citizenship. I only have my U.S passport as my proof.

Have you looked at the forms and read the directions? There is the I-129F and a separate document containing instructions for the I-129F. There is a list on page 2 of the Instructions that says what is acceptable proof of your US citizenship. It starts like this:
3. What Documents Do You Need to Show That You Are a U.S. Citizen?

you have to make a copy of all the pages in your passport. =) i just scanned them and printed them out, no real instructions on HOW they want a copy, but i just did it in color. If they wan 30 some odd pages of my passport, well they got them =D.
best of luck bub
