No, the tax returns are not notarized.

            Question #11

How do I answer this? Do I check 1st box and answer which is (Intent) and give details on how I will support or do I check other box and give no detail on support?

              Hi
My Fiance checked the "I intend" and then gave details of how he would support me and that seemed to be the way to go, I have seen this particular question answered here a few times and always people are advised to check the "I intend" box.

              Hope this helps.

              Izzy

Okay here I go again next question: I claimed my grand daughter on my tax last year (2009) but she no longer is living with me. Do I need to list her on AOS any way because I claimed her as part of my household for 2009?

My Fiance did something similar also, his son was living with with him and still at school and therefor he claimed for him on his 2009 tax return, but he now earns his own income (the son that is?) so he wasn't mentioned as a dependent on the Affidavit of support for me.
