I was just filling out the forms when I read the question -Did you previously do this before. I must have forgotten because , back around 1992 I brought a previous wife to the US but she did not stay longer than 2 months. Then, the INS had a different procedure and I can't remember what it was. Should I answer yes? and with that opened, what information will I need to produce? Honestly- I have forgotten or blacked out those memories. If I say no- will I get fined or worse? Please help!
