My wife enter the USA on a K1 visa. We sumit the AOS to the MSC center and recently was told that her the EAD, and travel docunment will be process at the MCS center. However the application to apply for a Geencard was sent to the CA Service Center. We live in New Jersey. Should we be concerned because, I was told that the petition normally goes to the field office in the state you live in. We sumited all docunmentation and got married within the 90 day period. So why do USCIS sent petitions to other service centers.
