I am new to this site and to the whole immigration process. I am a US citizen by birth, my wife is here on a student visa from Africa. I would like some help in understanding all the forms that I will need to turn in to get her status changed. I am aware of I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) and I-485 (Adjustment of Stutus). I know that if filing both I can do so together. I do not know what else I will need, also I should point out, my wife has a DUI, what issues, if any will this cause in our paperwork getting approved. Thank you
