I am a South African citizen living in South Africa, my girlfriend of three years is a U.S. citizen currently living in America. I currently have a tourist visa for America and wish to enter the states in August with this Visa, marry my girlfriend after some 5 weeks then leave to return home. Will I be elligable for a K3 visa?
