Fiance visa acceptance rate

Hi,

I've heard fiance visas are rejected very easily these days considering the tightening of immigration laws lately. What are the odds that an application will be rejected? Is it safer to do a spousal visa instead? Any recommendations?

I would tell you to do a spousal visa . Atleast you won’t go through another USCIS stress with adjusting status
