    Question:

    in the packet they ask her for an 134 forum...i thought the 134 has to be from me. She's not workign right now so should she jsut leave it blank? Also i plan on being with her for the interview, should i bring the 134 then? bernie/ nichole? =) anyone?

    You have to complete the affidavit of Support but she will be the person who turns it in at the interview.

    You will need to complete an I-864 for the step after you get married. They both use allot of the same information so might as well make both now or get started on the I-864 while you have all that information handy.
    My Fiancee arrived here on a K-1 VISA.

      I accompanied my wife to her K3 interview. I was the one who handled all the docs,including the I-134, as the petitioner. And yes, as Russel pointed out, you will submit the I-864 at AOS in the US and they are essentially the same. I had that ready at the interview just in case they needed it. I also had dual copies (one of each of the two affidavits) of my 1040s as evidence of income for prior years. For 2008, I had the entire kit and caboodle of the 1040 and for prior years, only the 1st 2 pages of the 1040. That was my only source documenting ability to support. I did not get in to the house, other assets stuff (negative in this market anyway )
