CR1 info please

My husband enter on a K-3 visa. Things were rocky and we did not file the adjustment of status. He returned back to his country after 1 year. Is it possible to send the paperwork to the National Visa center for processing? Any help would be appreciated.

CR-1 info please

I spoke with somone at the National Visa Center and I was informed that I could go ahead and process the visa by paying the $400.00 to NVC and waiting for NVC to process the Visa. They are going to forward the necessary documents to me. I am not sure if anyone is knowledgable @ this sort of situation. If you have any tidbit of information please post it.
