Hello,
I a filling out I-129F form and we answered YES to "Has your beneficiary ever been to US?"
Should we providing any supporting documents for that question? (Beneficiary is currently NOT in USA - so question 38 does not apply to us)
My Fiancee had a C1/D visa (former cabin crew) and she has entered the US several times. Her passport was never stamped and we also could not find any Online records for I94.
1) How can we prove that she has entered the USA legally and never overstayed?
2) When it comes to filling out DS160, how can we even obtain all her travel history to USA? She cant remember all of them because that was like 5 years ago and she has entered more than 10 times.
Appreciate the help
Thanks
