I am from Philippines but here in Thailand and had my interview here in Thailand for K1 to USA.
I was given this white form to complete the following for my daughter,
1. CRBA which would really be hard for me to get the requirements from her father. My daughter is half filipina and american
2. The fathers consent. My daughter was born out of wedlock but her father signed in her birthcertificate and shes using her fathers family name.
Can anyone help me, what are possible ways if I cant provide these 2 requirements. Is it possible if I just go and my daughter stays in PHilippines?
