  • My Fiancee wants me only for papers

    Please help....

Going through the worst problem... I fell inlove and brought a girl to the US on a fiance 129 f visa... and I have come across evidence that suggests she is trying to marry me only for the papers and her friends are working together to see how they can screw me and bring her girlfriend in her country of orgin here... I am male!!!!

I had to feel like I am being used and it would be terrible if she stays in the country past her 90 days because I am the petitioner and the affifidavid of support guy who is responsible for her expenses.

I am worried and just want her gone she is skeeming against me going as so far as far as planning out what things to try to get me to do ( mental abuse, physical abuse, infidility) and then go to the authorities and she is so good at giving me loving it is scarry as hell.

    thank you

Can I show the evidence to someone in immigration and they deport her.. if I say as the petitioner I revoke the visa or we wont get married?

How do I go arround doing this...

I would send a letter to the USCIS with a copy of your 129f that the girl is a fraud and does not intend to marry along with the 129f approval notice (to better identify exactly who you are talking about) and any evidence you have (or a letter descrbing the evidence you found).

Hopefully the USCIS will keep a copy. If your girl ****s anything and gets a police report generated then your letter will at least have been sent in before any reported abuse.

Definatly dont marry this one. If she trys to make up, remember how crafty she has already been.
My Fiancee arrived here on a K-1 VISA.
      Conditional GreenCard has been received.

        suggestion

can you just not marry her and let the 90 day past? Then she'll be forced to leave the US or be here illegally. Or are you directly responsible for her actions while here?

Not having done the K1 visa bit, my understanding, as someone else mentioned, is that the 90-day period gives you an opportunity to back out. You are the citizen and I assume our system and laws ought to be there to protect you and your interests. Good luck, man.

I am sorry that things are not working out the way you planned. Dont feel too bad, I was in somewhat of the same position. If you feel strongly about it. I would suggest reporting her suspicious activity to I.C.E. at 1 866 DHS 2ICE. Someone there will advise you properly. I wish you well.
