I don't know what to do, please help

Okay so I'm Australian and my girl is American, I want to marry her and live with her in the states. We met online 3 years ago and have had a long distance relationship. I went over and met her about 3 months ago, spent 2 and a half months with her.

Should I marry her when I go and visit her in a few months time (using the VWP), or should I do it the safe way and have her apply for the K1 Fiance visa.

It's really hard being away from each other and I'm constantly depressed, this is why I was thinking I should just marry her when I go and see her again, I heard it was the fastest way, and apparently the K1 Fiance visa takes a while to process. I don't want to be stuck in this country, it may be a nice country... but I'm miserable without her, I have been for the past 3 years. She is the reason I believe in soul mates, as corny as that sounds.

Also, can someone give me an approx time and price on the K1, I really don't want to be waiting around for a year.

hey, i can't really give you a whole lot of info bro, but price wise i think you're looking at a total of $1500USD or so. As for the time line, i have a thread on how long the process is right now for me. Its titled, "Nothing important, just to update you guys". I filed k1 at the end of Jan and about a week ago my fiance got her packet 3. As for the other issuses, i can't really offer much info as to which is better. Sorry man.
