I am filling form I-485, and I am confused about the process for questions 1.a on Part 2.
I am a US citizen, and my wife arrived in the US on a K1 visa. We got married 3 weeks ago, and we are ready to send all the forms and supported documents.
I noticed that on the

Should I choose the first checkbox or the third on that form (Page 3, Part 2, Q 1.a)?
Lastly, if we want to apply for the advanced parole, Form I-131 but we're not sure if we're going to leave or we don't have an exact date, should we even bother feeling this form?
